Our warehouse team make it their priority to get your order out as soon as possible. Order picking commences at 6am GMT each business day, so any orders placed after this time will not be dispatched that day. We normally dispatch orders 1 business day after placing your order (for orders placed prior to 6am) but it may be 2 business days. If we are missing an item from your order or when we are running large sales or promotions it may take slightly longer to dispatch your order; this happens rarely but we’ll keep you updated if there are any lengthy delays.

All orders are sent via the Royal Mail Tracked service. You may select either Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. Both of these services are a fully trackable delivery service. You can receive SMS or email notification to keep updated on your delivery. From time-to-time, Royal Mail faces delays across the network so there may be delays to your delivery which are out of our control.

Upon confirmation of a successful delivery to your delivery address, we do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen goods. If your parcel is to be delivered to a business address, please ensure you note the business name in the checkout process.
